SAN JOSE -EVERGREEN COMMUNITY COLLEGE DISTRICT

The San Jose - Evergreen Community College District is currently recruiting a Biology Instructional Laboratory Technician III. This is a temporary assignment through 12/16/2021 with the possibility of extension. Hourly pay is $22.96. Working hours are Monday – Thursday, 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM. Position will be located at Evergreen Valley College (Biology Department), 3095 Yerba Buena Road, San Jose, CA 95135.

Under the direction of the Division Dean or assigned administrator, perform comprehensive logistical support services for Science instructional programs using materials, supplies and equipment for lecture, laboratory, and other activities within the disciplines; the position requires the use of special techniques and equipment in the production of materials.

The Biology Instructional Laboratory Technician III position requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent from an accredited institution including college level courses in physical and/or life sciences; OR three years' related experience and/or training; OR combination of education and experience including college level courses in physical and/or life sciences.
